Carefully submit online payments. When you click submit for a one-time payment, please check your email for a confirmation receipt. You will receive a confirmation email for every successful online payment. The confirmation email may go to your junk or spam folder, please check those folders before attempting again. The receipt will come from Support@vertyx.io
If you remit duplicate or multiple payments it may take up to 10 days to return (if cleared). Please try to ensure you simply do it once (or as desired) and check to see if you received a confirmation via email.
Prior to logging in for the first time, you must create an account.
Once logged in, on the left side click Payments. You can easily pay with a debit card.
If you'd like to make a payment with your checking account. Please follow these instructions.:
To pay with your checking account, you must Add Account.
Prior to Adding Account, you must Update Billing. It will ask you to confirm the Billing Address and Phone number. Once complete, you can select Add Account.
The portal will then ask you to log in to your bank account and link it to our software to be able to make payments as desired. Once completed, your checking account will be a Saved Account.
Return to the Payment screen. From the Saved Account dropdown menu, select the checking account you wish to pay from. Continue by entering the payment amount and agreeing to terms and conditions.
If you would like to schedule recurring, you must create a schedule.
If you have trouble logging in to make an online payment, please mail a check or money order to our address.
